 Water Malaysia 2009 (WM2009) is a biennial Conference and Exhibition organized by The Malaysian Water Association to bring together water practitioners, scientists, academics and regulatory authorities to share their knowledge, expertise and experience in the water sector. The WM 2009 is focused on sharing international best practices that can help improve water industry further.
The bi - annual exhibition is targeted to attract over 5,000 trade visitors. It is supported by the Malaysian Government, in particular the Ministry of Energy, Water and Communications which has been in the forefront of reforming the industry to make it sustainable in the long term.
 This conference will feature a mix of invited keynote speakers, parallel technical sessions on industry best practice and specialised workshop. Consequently we are seeking presentations from practitioners in water and wastewater management and wish to invite you to consider a presentation at this event.
 The main objective is to share best practices among industry players and hopefully the lessons learnt can be adopted in organizations for an improved and more efficient water and wastewater industry.
 We are looking for interesting and notable case studies, operating experiences and problems, outcomes of successful research projects, examples of process innovation, insight into application of legislation and future legislative changes.
 Your presentation can cover any aspect within the broad subject area of water and wastewater management, but for guidance we are intending to organise session within the organized topic areas:
